Returns

All requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.  Email us at support@ritualsbytarot.com to request an exchange or return.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange.
  • Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund. 
  • In some situations, only a partial refund will be granted.
  • Rituals by Tarot is not responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. 

What items are exempt from returns?

Non-returnable items:

  • Some health and personal care items, for example, sanitary items and bath products
  • Perishable goods, for example, teas
  • Books, tarot decks, and printed goods with obvious signs of wear
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gasses
  • Jewelry with signs of wear

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Damage

If you feel an item purchased at Rituals by Tarot was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 14 days of arrival.
